AIRBOX 90 360 is designed for installations where every centimeter of space matters. The design allows a 90° change in airflow direction while maintaining compact dimensions, simple installation, and easy service access.
The product is designed for the installation of a compatible AFL EC Constant Flow 360 m³/h centrifugal fan. The fan, electrical connections, and controls are not included with the AIRBOX casing itself.
AFL EC Constant Flow 360 m³/h fan for AIRBOX 90 360
AIRBOX 90 360 offers an impressive balance between compact size and performance. At a 10 V control signal, the tested setup with the AFL EC Constant Flow 360 m³/h fan reaches an airflow rate of up to 370.5 m³/h with a power consumption of just 45.4 W.

AIRBOX 90 360 was designed and tested specifically for use with the AFL EC Constant Flow 360 m³/h fan.
All published airflow and power consumption measurements were obtained using this specific fan.
The casing geometry, fan positioning, connection spigots, and overall dimensions were optimized to achieve the best possible performance parameters precisely with the AFL EC Constant Flow 360 m³/h fan.

The AFL EC Constant Flow 360 m³/h fan can be installed inside the AIRBOX 90 360 in any position.
As a result, the AIRBOX 90 360 offers exceptional flexibility when designing MVHR and HVAC systems. The construction is suitable for wall mounting, ceiling installation, technical rooms, and ceiling voids.
A highly elegant solution is, for example, installation above a RECUBOX® unit in a false ceiling, where air enters the AIRBOX from underneath and exits directly into the ceiling void toward the distribution box.
Thanks to the 90° airflow direction, you can significantly simplify duct routing, reduce the number of elbows, and save valuable space in the ceiling void or technical room.
In many installations, the AIRBOX 90 360 allows you to create a solution that would require more space, more ducting, and more mounting elements with a standard inline fan.
The result is a cleaner installation, simpler assembly, and more efficient use of available space.

The connection spigots are equipped with double-lip seals for a firm and airtight duct connection.
Service access to the fan is provided via a dedicated door.

The casing features 4 mounting brackets with 12 mm diameter holes, allowing simple and secure attachment to the ceiling, wall, or support frame.
Thanks to the service door, the fan is easily accessible for installation, inspection, or potential replacement.

Unlike sheet metal structures, there is no risk of corrosion, and unlike glued constructions, the joints do not degrade due to moisture or temperature fluctuations.
