REMOVING THE HEAT EXCHANGER FROM THE RECUBOX is very simple, literally in one go.

MAXIMUM HYGIENE is guaranteed thanks to the possibility of removing the exchanger and washing both the exchanger itself and the entire unit. The exchanger is certified by ILH Berlin with a hygiene certificate and the RECUBOX material is certified for food storage and use in the healthcare sector

THE EXCHANGER SEALING in the RECUBOX is done by sealing into the groove without the use of adhesives or adhesive sealing, which degrades over time. This makes removing the exchanger and reinserting it completely simple. The seal can be easily replaced if necessary.

NO SCREWS, RIVETS OR GLUE - RECUBOX is made from one type of material using hot gas welding technology . This ensures absolutely tight joints without degradation due to aging , unlike other joints of different types of materials.

RECUBOX can be ordered either without thermal INSULATION or with 30 and 50 mm insulation.

It is essential that the insulation is hermetically sealed between two shells. So if you order an insulated RECUBOX, you will also receive an additional 5 mm thick PP shell in addition to the insulation.

The RFK+ / RFC+ series is a fully enthalpic alternative to the RSF+ counterflow aluminum heat exchangers, which thanks to innovative technology offers not only up to 90% thermal efficiency but also very high humidity efficiency. A minimum space corresponding to the length of the exchanger must be provided in front of the recubox door so that the exchanger can be removed from the recubox without any problems.

INTEGRATED BY-PASS - dimension F

The integrated by-pass is located “behind the exchanger” and increases the recubox by 1/3 of the depth.


F = 1/3 x C [mm]

BY-PASS opens the fresh air bypass around the exchanger with almost zero pressure loss.

Opening the BY-PASS does not close the passage through the exchanger, but thanks to the open BY-PASS, the amount of fresh air passing through the exchanger is minimized.
