RECUBOX® HRV 03/100 is the smallest RECUBOX® for flow rates up to 140 m³/h . With a height of only 160 mm, it is ideal for low ceilings and small spaces. It offers efficiency up to 95% , custom-made in the Czech Republic, variable necks and a 12-year warranty on casing tightness .
RECUBOX® HRV 03/100 is the smallest RECUBOX® in our range. A compact, extremely durable and hygienically clean jacketed heat recovery exchanger designed for modern modular air recovery.
Thanks to its extremely small dimensions of 441 × 441 × 160 mm, it is an ideal solution for low ceilings, small apartments, tiny house projects, toilets, sanitary facilities, technical rooms with limited space and decentralized HVAC systems.
The height of only 160 mm allows installation even where classic heat recovery units simply cannot be used.

RECUBOX® HRV 03/100 can be equipped with two types of highly efficient counter-flow exchangers.
Both variants offer high recovery efficiency.efficiency of up to 95% while maintaining low pressure losses and very quiet operation.

We provide a superior 12-year warranty on the tightness of the RECUBOX® unit casing.
The casing is made of high-quality polypropylene and joined using hot gas welding technology, which creates homogeneous, strong and long-term stable joints without the risk of degradation .
Unlike structures using glued joints, sealing tapes or combinations of different materials, RECUBOX® retains its airtightness and mechanical resistance even after many years of operation .

The variant selection takes place during the ordering process.
Dimensions are given without insulation. In the case of insulated versions of 30 mm or 50 mm, it is necessary to allow for an increase in dimensions of 70 mm and 110 mm (double-skinned).
If rubber internal insulation is chosen, the dimensions of the RECUBOX® will not change.
If it is necessary to adjust the dimensions, for example due to larger connection sockets or specific installation requirements, we will inform you after ordering.

AFL EC CONSTANT FLOW fans for RECUBOX® A huge advantage of CONSTANT FLOW technology is the ability of fans to automatically respond to changes in pressure losses in the system and adjust the speed to maintain a stable airflow over the long term. The fans are also very suitable for smart homes - thanks to 0-10 V control, they can be easily connected to, for example, Loxone, Home Assistant and other intelligent systems. |
The regulation and control of RECUBOX® can be solved in many ways depending on the type of fans used and the requirements of the specific installation.
The big advantage of a modular system is that you are not tied to one specific control. The control can be designed simply for undemanding applications, or as part of a smart home or advanced ventilation system.

Simple and economical control for light applications. For example, control using a 0/1 - on / off - style timer can be used for AC fans. The operation of fans can also be regulated using triac controllers . |
