RECUBOX® ERV 03/100 is the smallest enthalpic RECUBOX® for flow rates up to 140 m³/h . With a height of only 160 mm , it is ideal for low ceilings and small spaces. It offers heat transfer efficiency of up to 95% and humidity efficiency of up to 75%. Variability of nozzles and a 12-year warranty on the tightness of the casing .
The enthalpy RECUBOX® ERV 03/100 is the smallest enthalpy RECUBOX® in our range. It is a compact, extremely durable and hygienically clean jacketed enthalpy recovery exchanger designed for modern modular air recovery.
Unlike a conventional heat recovery exchanger, the enthalpy variant can transfer not only heat but also some of the moisture from the exhaust air back into the fresh air supplied. The result is a more comfortable indoor environment, especially in winter, when the air inside is often too dry.
Thanks to its extremely small dimensions of 441 × 441 × 160 mm, it is an ideal solution for low ceilings, small apartments, tiny house projects, toilets, sanitary facilities, technical rooms with limited space and decentralized HVAC systems.
The height of only 160 mm allows installation even where classic heat recovery units simply cannot be used.
Main parameters:
The enthalpy exchanger does not create humidity, but it can return some of the humidity from the exhaust air back into the interior. This helps to alleviate excessive drying of the indoor air during the heating season.
In normal operation, the humidity in the interior does not increase immediately. The enthalpy exchanger works gradually - the humidity is returned continuously and the resulting effect depends on the specific house, the ventilation mode, the outdoor temperature, the humidity of the exhaust air and the absorbency of the building materials.
The practical result is a more pleasant indoor climate, less feeling of dry air, higher living comfort while maintaining hygienic air exchange.
