RECUBOX® HRV 360 VENT-READY is a compact heat recovery unit prepared for installation with AFL CONSTANT FLOW EC fans. It represents an exceptionally durable, hygienic and highly versatile base for modern balanced heat recovery ventilation in family houses, apartments and smaller commercial buildings.
Custom manufacturing in the Czech Republic. RECUBOX® units are manufactured entirely in the Czech Republic according to the exact requirements of each customer. We use high-quality polypropylene materials from SIMONA AG and professional processing technology from Leister AG.
The casing is structurally optimized for installation with AFL CONSTANT FLOW EC fans, which represent an exceptionally smart solution for modern ventilation. Thanks to the integrated Constant Flow function, the fans automatically respond to changes in system resistance and help maintain stable airflow, balanced pressure, low noise and energy-efficient operation over the long term.
The unit is equipped with a counterflow heat recovery exchanger with efficiency of up to 90%. The exchanger is intentionally designed with an emphasis on low pressure loss, which contributes to quiet, energy-efficient and highly effective operation.

The casing is prepared so that the fans can be installed very quickly and without any complicated modifications. Installation of AFL CONSTANT FLOW fans is done simply by inserting them into the prepared opening and fastening them in place.
All duct connections and the condensate drain are designed in a mirrored arrangement, so the final orientation of the unit can be chosen during installation. RECUBOX® can also be operated with external fans according to your own design.
Control of EC fans is very simple using a DC 0–10 V signal. The unit can be controlled, for example, by:
Product delivery: RECUBOX® HRV 360 VENT-READY is supplied as a standalone casing without fans and without a control unit. These can be purchased separately and easily installed by the user.
RECUBOX® is prepared as standard also in terms of measurement, cabling and safe electrical installation. Thanks to thoughtfully designed details, installation of sensors, cable routing and fan wiring is quick, clear and technically clean.
The unit therefore makes not only the initial installation easier, but also future servicing, modifications and system expansion.

4 holders for sensor installation RECUBOX® contains 4 holders for installing sensors. Each holder is located in one of the main airflow paths: SUP, EHA, ETA and ODA. Spacious installation box for safe electrical wiring RECUBOX® is equipped with a sufficiently large installation box for clear and safe electrical wiring. All conductors and cables are routed into this box through tight rubber grommets, which help protect the system against air and moisture ingress. From the installation box, the cables are then led further through screw cable glands, which ensure hermetically sealed and mechanically resistant cable routing to other parts of the system. The result is a clean, professional and long-term reliable electrical installation solution. |
RECUBOX® HRV 360 VENT-READY is also available in a version with a 100% mechanical BY-PASS. This sophisticated system closes the passage of fresh air through the exchanger and at the same time opens a large bypass duct behind the exchanger.
The advantage is that even when the bypass is active, the air still remains filtered by the same filter as during normal operation through the exchanger.
Removable BY-PASS mechanism
The entire mechanism can be completely removed from the RECUBOX® in one pull, just like the other components. Servicing, inspection and cleaning are therefore exceptionally easy.
The mechanism is structurally prepared for installation of any actuator with a minimum torque of 5 Nm. The actuator is mounted to a prepared plastic plate with a thickness of 10 mm and secured against rotation with the supplied metric screw. Compatibility with a shaft diameter of 14 mm is required.
Tightness of the casing is essential for efficient heat recovery. RECUBOX® is equipped with massive adjustable latches, which allow precise adjustment of the cover pressure against the seal. This ensures that the unit does not draw in false air and operates at maximum possible efficiency.
Thanks to their robust construction, high quality and maximum hygienic safety, our RECUBOX® units are part of a number of CTU projects, including the unique S.A.W.E.R. system, which UCEEB is developing for producing drinking water from air.
We provide an extended 12-year warranty on the tightness of RECUBOX® casings.
The casing is made of high-quality polypropylene and joined using hot gas welding technology, resulting in homogeneous, strong and long-term stable joints without the risk of degradation.
Unlike constructions using adhesive joints, sealing tapes or a combination of different materials, RECUBOX® maintains its airtightness and mechanical durability even after many years of operation.
