  • We recommend the VS EC series fans from the renovated company for use with our larger RECUBOXes®.
  • The VS EC fan is a modern, universal fan for use in applications where quiet operation with the possibility of continuous speed regulation and economical operation in any power mode is required.

DESIGN
  • The fan housing is made of durable aluzinc casing with high corrosion resistance.
  • Thanks to thermal and sound insulation , fans can be used both indoors and outdoors
  • Insulated aluzinc double-skinned panels are removable and are fixed to an aluminum frame
  • The connection sockets also serve as vibration dampers and are available in either a round or square cross-section (these components are not included in the delivery and must be ordered separately)
  • The circular connection sockets are equipped with a rubber seal (these components are not included in the delivery and must be ordered separately)

MOTOR AND IMPELLER
  • High-performance and efficient electronically commutated synchronous motors with backward-curved impeller blades
  • These motors represent the most modern solution for maximum energy savings.
  • The consumption of an EC motor is 35% lower compared to AC motors
  • VENTS VK EC fans have excellent aerodynamic performance with the lowest possible noise level
  • The installed EC motors have the highest efficiency across the entire speed range
  • The biggest advantage of electronically commutated motors is efficiency reaching 90%
POWER REGULATION
  • Fans are controlled by an external 0 - 10 V signal
  • Fan speed is controlled continuously from 0 to 100% power with excellent efficiency throughout the range
  • The fans can be used in both 50 and 60 Hz power supply frequencies.
  • Thanks to the standardized 0 - 10 V control, the use of these fans with heat recovery and air conditioning control systems is problem-free.
CONSTRUCTION
  • Fans can be connected to circular or square cross-section ducts
  • The fan can be mounted using supports, a hanger or a mounting bracket and is suitable for any mounting position, provided that the indicator on the fan housing corresponds to the direction of air movement in the system.
  • When installing the fan, ensure sufficient access for servicing.
  • Installation of fans and electrical connections must be carried out exactly according to the manual and the enclosed electrical wiring diagram.

OPTIONAL FAN ACCESSORIES

The fans can be supplied with anti-vibration circular flanges, an external exhaust hood, a protective cover or anti-vibration flanges with a square cross-section.
