  • The VENTS VK EC fan is a modern, universal fan for use in applications where quiet operation with the possibility of continuous speed regulation and economical operation in any power mode is required.
  • The fan is also suitable for extracting air with high humidity and for industrial applications
  • Available for round pipes Ø 100, 125, 150, 160, 200, 250 and 315 mm
DESIGN
  • The fan casing is made of durable and harmless ABS plastic.
  • Connection to the EL network and control signal in an airtight housing

MOTOR AND IMPELLER
  • High-performance and efficient electronically commutated synchronous motors with backward-curved impeller blades
  • These motors represent the most modern solution for maximum energy savings.
  • The consumption of an EC motor is 35% lower compared to AC motors
  • VENTS VK EC fans have excellent aerodynamic performance with the lowest possible noise level
  • The installed EC motors have the highest efficiency across the entire speed range
  • The biggest advantage of electronically commutated motors is efficiency reaching 90%
  • The fans, with their ball bearings, are designed for at least 40,000 operating hours
POWER REGULATION
  • Fans are controlled by an external 0 - 10 V signal
  • Fan speed is controlled continuously from 0 to 100% power with excellent efficiency throughout the range
  • The fans can be used in both 50 and 60 Hz power supply frequencies.
  • Thanks to the standardized 0 - 10 V control, the use of these fans with heat recovery and air conditioning control systems is problem-free.
CONSTRUCTION
  • The fans are designed to be placed in the duct at any point in the ventilation system with any rotation
  • In case of vertical installation, protection against water must be ensured
  • The included brackets can be used to mount the fans on the wall.
  • Installation of fans and electrical connections must be carried out exactly according to the manual and the enclosed electrical wiring diagram.
