  • VENTS TT PRO EC fans combine versatility
    and excellent performance of both axial and
    centrifugal fans producing a strong air flow and
    high pressure while maintaining the typical energy efficiency and response of EC motors.
  • The fan is also suitable for extracting air with high humidity and for industrial applications
  • Available for round pipes Ø 100, 125, 150, 200, 250 and 315 mm
DESIGN
  • The fan casing is made of durable, non-toxic polypropylene.
  • The fan housing has a flat mounting plate for easy wall mounting.
  • The motor with impeller and terminal block are easily removable, allowing for hassle-free and quick maintenance
MOTOR AND IMPELLER
  • The inlet fitting has a profiled nozzle that ensures a smooth flow of air into the fan. Conically shaped impellers with specially profiled blades ensure an increase in air flow velocity, resulting in a higher volumetric air flow and also easier handling of pressure losses
  • These motors represent the most modern solution for maximum energy savings.
  • The consumption of the EC motor is 35% lower compared to AC motors
  • VENTS VK EC fans have excellent aerodynamic performance with the lowest possible noise level
  • The installed EC motors have the highest efficiency across the entire speed range
  • The biggest advantage of electronically commutated motors is efficiency reaching 90%
  • The fans, with their ball bearings, are designed for at least 40,000 operating hours
POWER REGULATION
  • Fans are controlled by an external 0 - 10 V signal
  • Fan speed is controlled continuously from 0 to 100% power with excellent efficiency throughout the range
  • The fans can be used in both 50 and 60 Hz power supply frequencies.
  • Thanks to the standardized 0 - 10 V control, the use of these fans with heat recovery and air conditioning control systems is problem-free.
CONSTRUCTION
  • Multiple fans can be installed in a single system in parallel to increase output capacity or in series
    increase the working pressure.

  • Installation of fans and electrical connections must be carried out exactly according to the manual and the enclosed electrical wiring diagram.
