We have prepared a new technical comparison of enthalpy heat exchangers on our website, designed to help better understand the differences between individual manufacturers and their technologies.
In this comparison we focused on enthalpy heat exchangers from four major manufacturers: RECUTECH, ZERN Engineering, CORE and AIRWOODS.
For a fair comparison we selected exchangers of the same size 366 × 366 × 400 mm, commonly used in many ventilation heat recovery units. This makes it possible to directly compare their performance in terms of heat transfer efficiency, moisture transfer efficiency and pressure drop.
REKUPEX offers one of the widest selections of enthalpy heat exchangers in Europe and works closely with leading global manufacturers. Thanks to this cooperation we are able to provide compatible exchangers for a large number of ventilation heat recovery units from different brands.
The overview also includes technical diagrams showing:
• pressure drop at different airflow rates
• heat transfer efficiency
• moisture transfer efficiency
The comparison also includes an overview of exchanger construction, materials used, certifications and our practical experience with their use in various types of ventilation heat recovery units.
The goal of this overview is to help customers better navigate the available enthalpy heat exchanger options and simplify the selection of a suitable solution for a specific ventilation unit.
