RECUBOX can be ordered either without thermal INSULATION or with 30 and 50 mm insulation.

It is essential that the insulation is hermetically sealed between two shells. So if you order an insulated RECUBOX, you will also receive an additional 5 mm thick PP shell in addition to the insulation.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE INSTALLED COUNTER-FLOW ENTHALPIC EXCHANGER:

The enthalpy exchanger not only transfers heat, but also air humidity. However, it has a lower heat transfer efficiency compared to a classic counter-flow exchanger.

The EX series counter-flow enthalpy recovery exchanger offers an alternative to the classic counter-flow heat exchanger in buildings that suffer from low air humidity.

The return of moisture back into the fresh air is possible thanks to the unique technology of a polymer membrane with micropores, which only allows water molecules to pass through. The membrane blocks the transfer of bacteria, mold, smoke, toxic substances or odors. Of course, heat is transferred with the highest possible efficiency through the slat wall. Thanks to the excellent design of the exchanger and high hygiene standards, the exchangers can also be used for ventilation of kitchens, toilets or laboratories with a permanent source of air pollution.

The geometry of the slats is developed to maximize the efficiency of heat and moisture transfer.

A minimum space corresponding to the length of the exchanger must be provided in front of the recubox door so that the exchanger can be removed from the recubox without any problems.

The integrated by-pass is located “behind the exchanger” and increases the recubox by 1/3 of the depth.

BY-PASS opens the fresh air bypass around the exchanger with almost zero pressure loss.

Opening the BY-PASS does not close the passage through the exchanger, but thanks to the open BY-PASS, the amount of fresh air passing through the exchanger is minimized.
