We present you a smart solution for a heat recovery system with endless variability of the resulting ventilation system (unlike heat recovery units, fans are placed
separately into the pipeline, as well as other additional accessories. Thanks to this, the system guarantees a long service life with easy replacement of individual components, unlimited expandability and system upgrades at a minimum price)

	REMOVING THE HEAT EXCHANGER FROM THE RECUBOX is very simple, literally in one go.
	MAXIMUM HYGIENE is guaranteed thanks to the possibility of removing the exchanger and washing both the exchanger itself and the entire unit. RECUBOX material certified for food storage and use in healthcare
	THE EXCHANGER SEALING in the RECUBOX is done by sealing into the groove without the use of adhesives or adhesive sealing, which degrades over time. This makes removing the exchanger and reinserting it completely simple. The seal can be easily replaced if necessary.
	NO SCREWS, RIVETS OR GLUE - RECUBOX is made of one type of material using hot gas welding technology . This ensures absolutely tight joints without degradation due to aging , unlike other joints of different types of materials.at.
	POSSIBILITY OF SIMPLE CONNECTION OF THE MALAPA IN03 IONIZER
	ENDLESS VARIABILITY of placement of inlet and outlet nozzles in any dimensions
	MIRROR USE is possible for all variants. The condensate drain is secured with a 1/2" diameter screw connection and is fitted in 2 places

	INSTALLATION is easy thanks to mounting holes for threaded rods
	LARGE AREA FILTERS for the use of any filter fabric, which is easily replaceable. The unit is basically equipped with filter fabrics of filtration class M5.

BY-PASS is available as a short-circuit part or integrated with preparation for manual or servo control. By-pass shaft diameter is 14 mm

RECUBOX can be ordered either without thermal INSULATION or with 30 and 50 mm insulation. It is essential that the insulation is hermetically sealed between two shells. So if you order an insulated RECUBOX, you will also receive an additional 5 mm thick PP shell in addition to the insulation.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE INSTALLED COUNTER-FLOW ENTHALPIC EXCHANGER:

The enthalpy exchanger not only transfers heat, but also air humidity. However, it has a lower heat transfer efficiency compared to a classic counter-flow exchanger.

The EX series counter-flow enthalpy recovery exchanger offers an alternative to the classic counter-flow heat exchanger in buildings that suffer from low air humidity.

The return of moisture back into the fresh air is possible thanks to the unique technology of a polymer membrane with micropores, which only allows water molecules to pass through. The membrane blocks the transfer of bacteria, mold, smoke, toxic substances or odors. Of course, heat is transferred with the highest possible efficiency through the slat wall. Thanks to the excellent design of the exchanger and high hygiene standards, the exchangers can also be used for ventilation of kitchens, toilets or laboratories with a permanent source of air pollution.

The geometry of the slats is developed to maximize the efficiency of heat and moisture transfer.

FixedThe exchanger shell is made of HPS ( high impact polystyrene).

The exchanger can be cleaned under running water with a maximum temperature of 50°C.

The exchanger must be protected from freezing.
