USE

  • VK fans are used for supply and exhaust ventilation systems of commercial, office and other premises.
  • They are compatible with circular air ducts Ø 100, 125, 150, 160, 200, 250 and 315 mm.
  • Thanks to their durable, corrosion-resistant plastic housing, these models are the perfect solution for installation in exhaust ventilation systems in wet areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, etc.
CONSTRUCTION
  • The fan casing is made of high-quality, durable plastic.
  • The fans are equipped with waterproof terminal blocks.
ENGINE
  • The centrifugal wheel with backward-curved blades is driven by a single-phase motor with an external rotor.
  • The motor is equipped with automatic overheating protection.
  • The motor is equipped with ball bearings for a long service life designed for at least 40,000 operating hours.
  • For precise characteristics, safe operation and low noise, each impeller is dynamically balanced during assembly.
  • The motor protection is IP 44.
SPEED CONTROL
  • The fan speed can be regulated using the VENTS RS-1-400 controller.
  • Several fans can be connected to one speed controller, provided that the total power and operating current do not exceed the parameters of the rated speed controller.
CONSTRUCTION
  • Electrical connection and installation must be carried out in accordance with the manual and the wiring diagram on the terminal board.
  • Mounting the fan is simple and is done using the wall or ceiling bracket included in the delivery.
  • Fans can be installed at any angle

Can I block the condensate drain if I replace a standard heat exchanger with an enthalpic one?

No, never block the condensate drain.

Even though enthalpic heat exchangers produce only a minimal amount of condensate due to moisture transfer, in severe frost and specific humidity conditions, condensate can still occur. Blocking the drain could cause irreversible damage to your unit.
